I've had some interest in seeing more of my maternity pictures, so you'll see some this week that never got posted!  I first posted a few of these over a year ago!  My friend April went through the photography program with me at BYU and had an adorable little munchkin that I still haven't met.

These first ones were all taken in their old apartment in Washington - they had amazing light!

Love these next ones... .  I imagine every woman who's been pregnant can appreciate these camera angles!

The boat pictures are my favorite!!  While driving to our next location we shouted when we spotted this row boat in the middle of a field.  It was raining (as you may see), but we ran out and shot as fast as possible.  It made us so happy.

April wanted something different and kind of edgy. She found this way cool location, that worked out great because it protected us from the rain (most of the time)!

April and I ran excitedly around the dirty, abandoned building like children (not that you would usually take children to such a place).  It was different than many of my shoots, but it was awesome.

By this point, it was pouring, but it created a really cool reflective look on the cement outside our hiding spot.  Isn't her belly the cutest?

When April went into labor I started getting text updates every now and then. I later found out that I was included on the exclusive texting list for the grandmothers - I was equally as excited!

After some crazy airline mishaps and lots of stress I actually made it to Washington
much to everyone's relief! It was a little hot, but such a beautiful day, which started bright and early in the hotel rooms getting ready.

I just got to Utah on Thursday night from my family reunion in Minnesota and I'm back in business. I'll be showing plenty of pictures of my adorable nieces and nephews (we had 19 people in one house, including 8 children under 9), but first up, lots of pictures of my wonderful clients and friends.

I was so happy Shay trusted me with her wedding as she's a photographer herself! As are her mom AND her sister. It's a lot of pressure.

Usually a wedding sneak peak includes a bride AND a groom, but I made a little promise to one of my closest friends...who happens to be this bride's big sister. Jenna's wedding was last October in Seattle and it was such an honor to be able to head back to Washington to shoot Shay's wedding. For now, here are a couple of pictures of the lovely sisters, with promises of the bride and groom coming soon!

I'm holing myself up to get all of my client's pictures online and available for purchasing so I'll be absent from the blogging world for at least a few days or so! So all the sneak peaks won't really be sneak peaks anymore, but I'll catch up on blogging so the rest of you can enjoy some fun pictures!

And, before I go, here are some pictures from my most favorite maternity shoot ever with one of my most favorite girls from the photography program at BYU (there are about 4 or 5 favorites, but she definitely ranks up there among them). She lives in Washington now, so it was so much fun to get to do this shoot when I was up there for a wedding!

Almost done . The details for this reception were so great! They used the vintage suitcases in several ways and the center pieces were super rad and funky and I love them! Noticing a book theme too??

So this picture is kind of blurry, but I still love it. The best man unexpectedly had everyone guess how to spell the groom's middle name (he's Polish, remember?). The bride got it right!
