M Family

I loved seeing my cousin’s family while I was in California, especially because she had a new addition that I hadn’t met yet!  We got lots of pictures of Lyla since she hadn’t had a photoshoot with cousin Kelli yet!

Don’t you love her hair??  I don’t think I’ve ever seen a baby this age with so much hair (except for maybe her brother!).

Luke wasn’t quite as easy as his sister to photograph this time, but I think we all agreed that we love this one!

Oh, those cheeks.

So fun to compare Lyla to Luke when he was that age and to see everyone again!

Baby A

Baby A was such a great little guy for me!  Just look at this smile!

Such a beautiful boy.

A’s mom used to work with my mom and I photographed her engagements way back in 2008!  It was so wonderful to meet the boy that came from this union :).

Brie & Claire

When I was still in Utah my twin sister and I got things together for a photo shoot right before I left.  Dad was at work, so it was just Brie and Claire!  We were a bit worried that she would respond like this (hint, I’m on the left):

But she was great!  Brie was some kind of hoola hoop prodigy when we were younger and I’m happy to see she’s started Claire early.  She’s got the hip swaying down already.

This girl also LOVES books.  She will read for hours so we incorporated lots of books in the shoot :).

I can’t believe she’s already one!

Rowe

Rowe belongs to one of my old roommates from school!  We lived together about 6 years ago and now she has this chubby little monkey to call her own.  We got together so I could use some of my new little boy baby props on him (the hat, ties, and some other things not shown).  I just love how this little tie looks on him.

To keep the hat on long enough for a few shots (the boy hates hats) we had to distract him with bubbles and puppets and singing.  Michelle did a great job with the singing :).

Who doesn’t like a good leaf to chew every now and then?
