As part of my determination to eat better I’ve been making smoothies on the days I don’t intern. They looked so good this week I had to take pictures.
1. Mango strawberry-frozen mangoes, strawberries, plain kefir, (unsweetened) almond milk, about an ounce of mango acai juice (no added sugar) and a handful of fresh raspberries. Soooo good.
