When I booked this wedding, on my twin sister’s due date, I thought, “Oh, babies are only born on their due date about 5% of the time and most first time moms typically go about 10 days late, no biggie.” Guess who decided to come on her due date? And guess who barely made it back in time for the birth? My last nephew that was born came 4 weeks early the day I graduated from college (I missed commencement, barely made it to graduation). I think it’s some kind of conspiracy.
Anyway, I digress.
Emily and Peter had such a lovely wedding and I was so honored to get to spend the day with them. The details all came together beautifully and I loved that they added their own unique style to the day (check out the groom’s cake below!).
They looked so happy to be together.
The wedding cake was cheesecake! This is my kind of wedding!
YUM.
Congratulations! It was wonderful to be there.
What a beautiful…well everything! Bride, groom, cake, dress, bouquet, and of cource the photography!!!!!!!!!
Haha, yes they shared some cheesecake with me, but that wasn't my piece. I waited until I had photographed what I needed to and then ate a slice. Soooo delicious. And the chair WAS heart-shaped.
Was that piece of cheesecake yours? I really hope they shared with you because it looks so yummy 🙂
Hands down my favorite is the bouquet with the heart shaped chair (well I think it kind of looks heart shaped).
Ditto to what Kristin said. Plus I love the group shots and the shot of the groom and many more. Great job!!
Emily looks amazing! I can't wait for you to photograph my wedding in two weeks Kelli!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited! I would be so sad if I didn't have you there! I would be nervous about the photog, but not with you! I am going to stop so that I stop using exclamation points
Fabulous as usual!! Absolutely LOVE the close-up of them with her head on his shoulder. The groom's cake is awesome.
