I’ve known Marc as long as I’ve lived in Houston and I’ve joked at times that we were practically roommates. Â It’s been quite fun for me to see these two progress through their relationship and I remember many of the little steps in the beginning (you know, when she’d sit really close to him at a party and people would ask me if they were dating before they actually were and when I was apparently still clueless about it).

This was probably the most fun photo shoot I’ve ever been on, with more laughing than ever! Â Don’t be afraid to be goofy, people!

I’m so happy you two are happy. Â Congratulations!!

Baby K is One!

You can see K’s newborn pictures here from last June.Â I can’t believe how big she is now!Â Her family has this great park right by their house so we started bright and early before the sun even came all the way up.Â I love this bridge.

What a beautiful family!

I love her giant eyes and crazy long hair.Â What a beauty she’s turned into!

This next shot cracks me up because it looks like she’s hitchhiking.

I love this sweet moment between her and her mama.

It was so fun to see the whole family again!Â Can’t wait until next time.

Marina, Luke, & Vivian

I can’t imagine being pregnant in this crazy Houston heat, but Marina pushed through the maternity session and still managed to look gorgeous!Â I’ll admit, it was among the hottest sessions this year.

Then, not too much later (and a couple of weeks early!) Vivian made her debut.Â Marina still managed to look beautiful just days after giving birth!

Vivian was just darling.Â I love that little pucker!

I’ve been getting tons of newborn smiles from swaddled babies lately!Â Swaddling must make them happy.

Konrad, Kristy, & Maddox

Kristy was one gorgeous mama-to-be!Â I loved her colorful dress and cute belly.

She doesn’t even look the least bit pregnant from behind!Â Geez, skinny lady.

About a month after the maternity shoot Maddox made his way into the world!Â Understandably, it was pretty exhausting.

But I think he likes it here.

Favorite!Â I love the way Konrad is holding him.Â It’s perfect.

Newborn photography is my favorite.Â Look at that little face!Â Newborns make the cutest faces.Â I often laugh out loud while I’m editing pictures after a session.
