Yes, this is still the wedding of J&S. Forgive me for not being able to wait to post this. That handsome groom happens to be Polish (real Polish, like, he grew up there) and there were a few Polish traditions that Jenna blogged about once upon an August.
According to tradition (correct me if I’m wrong), it was the job of the groomsmen to lay on the bed and warm it up for the newlyweds. The bridesmaids were in charge of jumping up and down on the bed to make sure it was sturdy enough. I don’t think this bride expected these traditions to come to fruition. In fact, I believe I can quote her in saying, “the best man isn’t coming anywhere near our hotel room to warm things up for us.” How so very wrong you were my dear. So very wrong.
Hey, at least we didn’t leave any rocks or come back the next day to inspect the sheets :).
This is WAY better than decorating a get-away car!!!
I am so happy we did this! I am sad that I am in the way so you can’t really see Megan when we are jumping on the bed though… darn me! Thanks so much for helping us get this done Kel!
There were only 80 people at our wedding! Including the photographer and the DOC! How could I not notice when 1/8th of our guests slipped away and went up to the honeymoon suite? Who in the world let you guys in 🙂 I love love love it. Seriouly Kelli, I don’t know how you could have gotten better photos. It’s like looking at someone elses really amazing wedding or something.
LOVE how you captured this. I hope Jenna loves it, too.
Hahaha. What did Jenna think of it?
I’m leaving the CZ and going to Poland TODAY! I love this!
